Updated Special List "Excessive Digi Path"

The special list for excessive digi paths has been updated. It now includes the calculated total number of digipeater hops set by the station operator in the source routing path, which is now also used for sorting the list.

The “top” stations on this list have configured around 24 total hops in their path. Maybe they should read this first, before continuing transmissions on RF?
